This time last week, BCO’s NextGen London committee hosted a Social Equity panel as part of its “Let’s Talk” series of discussions. Leading on the initiative, Chloe Prince of APAM Ltd said: “It was fantastic to see such a great turnout and it demonstrates how social value and equity is becoming an integral part of our industry and creating office spaces. The panel members provided an insightful and thought-provoking discussion at GIA offices, which was the perfect setting for the event.”
As part of the BCO Nextgen committee’s commitment to social equity, we have partnered with ‘Career Ready’ – a social mobility charity providing opportunities for companies to host internships and give masterclasses to young people from marginalised backgrounds. Career Ready are looking for 100 companies to host internships over the summer and we would like to help them achieve this.
“Career Ready is delighted to be working with the BCO NextGen to help unlock young talent for the property and real estate sector. Through our work together, we’ll showcase the range of great careers the sector has to offer and give young people the support and opportunities they need to kickstart their futures. But we can only do this with your support, so please do get involved!” - Tom Rippon, Career Ready
