remarkable period of growth, exceeding the £100 billion economic
output mark. What ignites this regional success?
Birmingham is a living testament to the art of creating and curating
vibrant cities, especially after hosting the 2022 Commonwealth Games,
an event that opened its doors to 72 nations, infusing the city with
a renewed sense of vibrancy, community, and celebration.
The commercial landscape has evolved significantly in the past
decade, with the introduction of Grade A office schemes like the
iconic 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham's tallest office building at
230,000 sqft. The heart of the city beats with the 1.2 million sqft
Paradise regeneration project and Snow Hill, where the latest phase
offers 420,000 sqft of prime space. These developments have been
catalyzed by the major redevelopment of New Street Station, which
transformed into a world-class station in 2015.
